Join the Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance’s resident artist Felicia Cooper in preparing for the Restoration Celebration Puppet Parade! We are creating large-scale puppets of native species as part of a community-wide celebration to take place on June 24 in Bay City on the shores of the restoration project. Come dressed for mess as we play with cardboard, paper mâché, and imagination. Learn about our river’s ecology as you create inspiring symbols of our wild cousins we are welcoming to our shores!
