What is wrong with Lake Pepin? Why focus on local restoration? Why construct islands? Why use dredge material? {Your question here}?
Inspired by public questions emerging from recent news, Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance (LPLA) is doing a “talking tour” around the lake. The evening will include a presentation from LPLA about Lake Pepin sedimentation, local restoration, and upstream mitigation. It will address some of the questions we’ve recently received and provide an opportunity for feedback. We hope the presentation sparks a good conversation and Q&A afterwards.
Door prizes.
Light refreshments.
